Processing Fees:

It is imperative to understand our terms and take it as the policy of EZAUA. Credit card processing fees are not refunded unless collected in error or excess, and the cancellation fee may not apply.

Credit Card Refund Policy

Eagle of Zion Africans Union Association requires a written statement when requesting a refund for any prepaid amount. Please fill out a refund request form and send it to funds@eagleofzion.com. When a request form is received and approved, allow 10 to 15 days processing time, and the fund will return to your method of payment; and if payment is not received within the specified days, please contact the fund’s department through phone at +1 (888) 851-8081. For security purposes, please note EZAUA has no access to your credit card account information, and we can not refund a different credit card account after payment has been posted processed. When the fund is processed, we will notify you by email. Should you have any questions or concerns, refer to the refund policy. Remember that 3% credit card fees are non-refundable

Chargeback Abouse Policy

Customers who are victims of payment fraud or deceptive practice can file a charge back. Use of a credit card for payments to Eagle of Zion Africans Union Association EZAUA is subject to the following policy. All member at this moment agrees not to file a credit/debit card charge back with regards to any payment and instead abide by the dispute resolution protocols in EZAUA’s favor of the charge back by either the credit card issuing bank, the credit card processor or by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICA EXPRESS or DISCOVERY, you agree to reimburse EZAUA for any cost incurred in researching and responding to such charge back, including without limitation, the actual price paid to the credit card processor or banks and other parties.

In case that a charge back is placed or threatened on a purchase, EZAUA reserves the right to report the incident for inclusion in charge back abuser database(s) of our choosing and in our sole discretion. The information reported will have a name, email address, order date, amount, IP address, full address, and phone number. Being listed on such databases may make it more difficult or even impossible for you to use any of your credit card (s) on a future purchase with EZAUA or other merchants related to EZAUA. We will also add you to our blacklist and be restricted from a further financial transaction with EZAUA. Charge back abusers who wish to be removed from the database and/or EZAUA blacklist must pay EZAUA for any outstanding balances owed and pay a $50 fine fee for processing and handling by wire transfer or such other mean as we may demand.

In the event, the reported charge back is decided in EZAUA’s favor. All dispute resolution procedures describe above will be deemed by you, and the amount will then be immediately due and payable. If a charge back is upheld, you accept to pay all the similar cost, plus the original purchase or order price; however, EZAUA will use the dispute resolution procedure described above to confirm and collect such amounts.

Can I change a Pre funeral Program?

You can change your Prepaid funeral funds aid initiative by calling +1 (888) 851-8081 or email the preferred package to info@eagleofzion.com, and you can change the program as often as you want.

If you call to change your package before the 15th of the month, the change will occur on the first day of the following month. If you call after the 15th of the month, the change will appear on the first day of the second month. For example:
Supposed you call before June 15, the change will take place on July 1.Supposed you call after June 15th, your change will take place on August.

Can I get financial support in emergency situation?

Yes, we support our members in an emergency conditions subject to approval. You are not alone with you are Eagle of Zion Africans Union Association. We get you covered. However, depending on the amount and return time, we may or may not charge interest on members’ support funds.

Does Eagle of zion Africans Union Association pay benefits even if I have life insurance?

Yes, We are okay with you having another form of insurance; we would like you to have any insurance because we are limited in the amount to support members. Our maximum amount is $15,000.00 per deceased case, so having additional insurance is much better.

A pre-funeral program is a system of prepaying for a funeral cost before death. In other words, you make an upfront payment to pay the cost of a funeral beforehand. These plans differ from one provider to another, and we encourage people to shop around to compare before signing any contract with any pre-funeral services provider.

We strongly recommend you settle for the lowest rate you can get or the best package that offers the most benefit you are looking for. Any of those should give you basics and flexibility for customization for the prices you can afford.
